Quality Performance

In CCEA we are proud of the steps we have taken to improve all aspects of our business. We know we have improved because independent assessors measure us year on year and tell us so. We set ourselves high standards and aim to achieve quality performance in all elements of our business. We use a number of quality models to drive forward improvement within CCEA. These are as follows:

EFQM Excellence Model

The Excellence Model is a European wide recognised continuous improvement system. It focuses on all aspects of an organisation’s business and enables a holistic view to be taken of business effectiveness. It aims to improve organisation performance in the areas of customer satisfaction, its people’s performance, society perception and key performance results. CCEA has used the Excellence Model since 2000. This has helped CCEA to become and to be recognised as a leading public sector organisation in Northern Ireland and in the rest of the UK.
