Quality Performance

In CCEA we are proud of the steps we have taken to improve all aspects of our business. We know we have improved because independent assessors measure us year on year and tell us so. We set ourselves high standards and aim to achieve quality performance in all elements of our business. We use a number of quality models to drive forward improvement within CCEA. These are as follows:

Investors in People (IiP)

IiP is a UK wide quality standard that focuses on an organisation’s people. Its premise is that better people development will lead to better people results. CCEA achieved IiP in 2002. Through IiP CCEA has facilitated empowerment, improved working relations and communication and encouraged its staff to take responsibility for their own development. Applying the principles of the standard has led to year on year increasing staff satisfaction and one of the lowest absence rates in the public sector.
