Quality Performance
In CCEA we are proud of the steps we have taken to improve all aspects of our business. We know we have improved because independent assessors measure us year on year and tell us so. We set ourselves high standards and aim to achieve quality performance in all elements of our business. We use a number of quality models to drive forward improvement within CCEA. These are as follows:
Investors in People (IiP)
The Investors in People (IiP) standard is a business development tool designed to advance an organisation’s performance through the management and development of its people.
The Standard is a national quality standard which sets a level of good practice to which organisations should adhere to. It provides a framework for improving organisational performance and competitiveness through a planned approach to setting and communicating business objectives and developing people to meet these objectives.
CCEA believes that improving staffs knowledge and skills is fundamental to the continued success of the organisation and are totally committed to the ethos of the IiP standard.
CCEA achieved accreditation to the standard in 2002, re-accreditation in June 06 and latterly in 2009.
Comments from assessor following 2009 re-accreditation are as follows:
- CCEA’s ethos and values are well embedded within all areas of the organisation.
- A culture of opportunity is encourages and nurtured.
- Staff are enthusiastic abut learning and acknowledge its contribution to the organisation.
