Quality Performance
In CCEA we are proud of the steps we have taken to improve all aspects of our business. We know we have improved because independent assessors measure us year on year and tell us so. We set ourselves high standards and aim to achieve quality performance in all elements of our business. We use a number of quality models to drive forward improvement within CCEA. These are as follows:
ISO 14001
ISO 14001 is an internationally recognised environmental management system that CCEA became accredited to in 2006 and has been reaccredited to in 2007. It helps organisations to manage their environmental responsibilities including preventing pollution and promoting environmental awareness among staff. Deployment of ISO 14001 has helped CCEA to consider the environmental impact of new/amended products and/or services. It has helped CCEA to ensure that it has in place approaches for reducing the consumption of non-renewable resources and increasing recycling processes.
