Additional Regulatory Documents

The CCEA General Conditions of Recognition refers to compliance with Regulatory Documents (see conditions B7.1 and D5.1). An awarding organisation must comply with the requirements in these documents.

As the CCEA General Conditions of Recognition were developed, all regulatory requirements that were in place before the General Conditions of Recognition came into force were reviewed and rationalised where appropriate. Some previous regulatory documents cease to exist while elements of others continue to apply, in full or in part. The link below sets out the list of Additional Regulatory Requirements.
