Specification Amendments for First Teaching from September 2005/ First Examination in 2006
GCE Home Economics
Please note that amendments have been made to the GCE Home Economics specification and will take effect from September 2005. The amendments are confined to the content in A2 Module 4:Consumer Behaviour and Protection and A2 Module 6:Food Preservation, Production and Safety. These amendments have been made to update the content and also assist teachers in the delivery of the specification. The amendments are included in the version of the specification available on the CCEA website (www.ccea.org.uk ).
Please note that it is CCEA policy only to issue new printed versions of its specifications when there are major revisions. In this instance, therefore, no new printed specifications will be issued and the website version should be regarded as the most up-to-date edition of the specification.
