Dispatch of Candidate Record Sheets 2005

Please find enclosed a copy of the order form for candidate record sheets. I would be grateful if would identify your centres requirements. The completed form should be faxed back to Distribution Operations by Friday 28 th January 2005 .

Failure to return the form will result in your centre having to download copies of candidate record sheets from our website.

Candidate record sheets will be dispatched to centres in February.

If you require a copy of a candidate record sheet before this date you can download it from our website (www.ccea.org.uk).

Please note, all candidate record sheets will be printed on white paper only.
