Animal Farm to replace Roll of Thunder, Hear My Cry!

This circular is a follow up to Circular S/IF/35/05 (issued April 2005) which informed centres that Roll of Thunder of Thunder, Hear My Cry! is to be examined for the last time in the summer series of 2007.

Roll of Thunder of Thunder, Hear My Cry! will be replaced by Animal Farm by George Orwell. Animal Farm will be examined for the first time in the summer series of 2008.

Details of the edition that will be prescribed for study will be issued to centres in due course.
