GCSE Single Award in Science 2006-2008
Following representations from centres delivering this specification, CCEA reviewed the volume of content with a view to reducing and/or reassigning material from Foundation to Higher Tier.
This process will soon be completed and the specification re-issued in May 2007. Centres will receive:
- a copy of the revised specification;
- a list of the changes made. These will no longer be a requirement for a Case Study as part of coursework.
Please note that these changes will take effect from September 2007 and will apply to the November series of tests and to all subsequent tests.
