The Entitlement Framework (EF) will offer more choice and flexibility for all learners aged 14 and above by giving them access to a wide range of learning opportunities suited to their needs, abilities and interests.

The date for implementation is September 2013.

By this date, all schools in Northern Ireland must meet the legal requirements of the EF.
