Home Economics events highlight topical issues

Last week a number of support events took place for CCEA GCE and GCSE Home Economics specifications. CCEA hosted the events in partnership with the British Nutrition Foundation (BNF).

Guest speakers from the BNF covered a range of current hot topics in diet and health, for example, ethnic foods and ethnic diets and satiation and satiety.

Pictured left with CCEA's Home Economics Manager Glynis Henderson are guest speakers Roy Ballam, Aine O'Connor and Georgine Leung.
