Pupil Entry Forms 2012
By Friday 24th Feb 2012, registered schools should complete a Pupil Entry form (KS1 and/or KS2) and return to CCEA via email.
On these forms, you should include the names of the Year 4 and/or Year 7 pupils who are taking part in the scheme. It is important that you record each pupil's name as you would like it to appear on their certificate.
Please Note: You should save the form to your computer BEFORE completing it.
Completed forms should be emailed to ictaccredks@ccea.org.uk on or before Friday 24th February 2012.

Possible Combinations of Tasks 2011/12
The following document has been created (new for 2011/12) to provide teachers with possible combinations of tasks that can be completed in order to ensure coverage of the requirements at each level. The combinations listed in the document are suggestions only and need not be followed. At Level 3 and above, Exchange will have to be incorporated somewhere in each pupil portfolio.
