Pre-Moderation Information 2013
The following presentation was used during pre-moderation information sessions which were delivered to teachers during February 2013. You may find it useful when preparing for moderation this year.
Moderation 2013 – Guidance and Portfolio Forms
In preparation for this year’s moderation, the guidance below will help you to put your school’s portfolio together. You can also use the checklist to ensure that by 7th May (when the portfolio will be collected), that you have completed all the necessary steps.
Guidance to creating your School Portfolio 2013
The following forms should be included in your School Portfolio. You need to complete one School Portfolio Summary Form. You should also include one Pupil Portfolio Record form in each Pupil Portfolio as per the guidance.
Note: Please save a copy of each form to your computer before completing.

Please see below for 2013 Primary ICT Accreditation Pupil Entry Forms for Key Stage 1 and 2.
Please complete and send completed forms to ictaccredks@ccea.org.uk by Friday 22nd February 2013.
Please note that schools must open and save each pupil entry form, prior to inputting data.
