Poetry Anthologies

Welcome to the Poetry Anthologies. You can use these to help you to prepare for section B of unit 2 in GCSE English Literature.

You will have to respond critically and imaginatively to one poetry anthology. You will be asked to compare and contrast two poems − one from each list − in the examination.

Please take time and care in reading the poems to appreciate the poets’ viewpoints, use of language and technique, and above all, so that you can enjoy them.
