Students display unique musical talents at the Waterfront Hall
Monday 21 January 2008
Bagpipes, accompanied by a Rock Band? That was just one of the musical acts to be seen and heard at the Waterfront Hall on Friday as the best and most entertaining performances from CCEA’s summer 2007 GCSE and AS level music examinations put on a live show.
The annual concert is organised by the Council for the Curriculum, Examinations and Assessment (CCEA) and sponsored by Dawsons Music, the UK's leading supplier of musical instruments to schools. Featuring everything from jazz bands to rock bands and classical music to traditional music from schools all over Northern Ireland, the ‘Score’ Concert really is an inspirational show.
