Examination Officers’ Secure Login

CCEA is dedicated to the continuous monitoring and improvement of our services. In light of this we have recently developed a new Examinations Officers (EO) secure login for centres.
The secure login system is easy to use and you will be able to carry out a range of actions at a time that is convenient to you. You will no longer have to contact CCEA if you want to add a new answer, have forgotten your password or if you want access to an additional online service.
The majority of Examination Officers will continue to use their existing usernames and passwords, however some passwords will have to change to accommodate the new system. CCEA will be in contact with you via email if your password has been changed.
An instructions booklet will be sent to you soon. In addition to this you will be given a demonstration of the new software when you attend the Examination Officers’ Road Shows in November 2009. Here you will have the opportunity to raise any queries you may have about the new system.
Another change CCEA is planning to introduce this week (week commencing 5 October 2009) is the merging of the ‘Online Access Arrangements and Centre Delegated Access’ login screen with the other online services.
