Foldermaker

an online application used to create the folder structures for digital samples to be submitted to CCEA via DVD.

This application:

• Lists the candidates in the sample generated by CCEA.
• Provides the facility to:
  • flag the top and bottom candidates or add to the sample (if not already listed);
  • replace a candidate in the original sample in the event the sampled candidate was absent or incomplete work is available;
  • run a batch file to create the folder structures of the sample on the user’s PC. (The sampled candidates’ work must be saved into these folders before burning to DVD);
  • identify the number of DVDs used and when more than one DVD has been used there is the facility to assign candidates to the appropriate DVD number;
  • print a report for submission to CCEA along with the DVD(s).
