This innovative qualification is targeted at learners working towards and at Level 1 and 2. These are levels set out within the National Qualifications Framework (NQF). The qualification is approved by the Department of Education for teaching at Key Stage 4 in Northern Ireland and is accredited by the Regulatory Authorities. Achievement below Level 1 is also recognised by CCEA.
The qualification is designed to be accessible with learners of all abilities. It is also intended to provide a coherent and flexible programme, which is rooted in Practical and Occupational Contexts.
