4. Accessing a learner's LAR

Providers or other third parties can only access a learner's LAR if the learner gives them permission.
Once you have permission follow the steps below to access a learners' LARs:

  • Use the 'Select LAR function'
  • Enter the learner's ULN and your password
  • Providing your organisation has permission you will be able to view the learners units, qualifications and their routes to achievement.
