Spec changes... CCEA are changing their subject specifications
GCE
The revision of our GCE specifications has been a top priority project for us since it started in September 2006. Revised GCE specifications (for first teaching in September 2008) have recently been sent to centres and are also available online.
Timetable for Introduction of CCEA’s Revised GCE Specifications
Assessment arrangements during the transition from current (legacy) specifications to new revised specifications have been agreed by the Joint Council for Qualifications. Click here to view these arrrangements.
It should be noted that where a centre wishes to teach a full A level course in one year starting in September 2008 (for examination in summer 2009), it must teach the legacy specification for that year.
